Terms of Service

1. Who provides Starforge Defense
Starforge Defense is provided by Luís Matos, operating as IberWolf Studios. For help, questions or complaints, email iberwolfstudios@gmail.com or use the IberWolf Studios support page.
2. Playing the game
You may play the browser preview or an eligible Android test build for personal use. Starforge Defense is intended for players aged 13 and older. Co-op, online PvP and other connected features require an internet connection and access to the game’s online services. Features may vary between versions and platforms. If you obtained the game through Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply to your use of that store.
3. Progress and online profiles
Some progress is stored in your browser or app. Connected features use a pilot profile to maintain shared collection, salvage and online results. Android and browser profiles are separate. Clearing app or site storage can remove local progress and your device’s access to an online profile. See the Starforge Defense Privacy Policy for profile deletion and recovery information.
4. Fair play and pilot names
Play fairly in co-op, PvP and Ranked. Do not use cheats, automate competitive play, manipulate match results, impersonate other players, harass them or interfere with the service. Your pilot name can be visible to other players and on the leaderboard. Keep personal information out of it.
5. Ads, purchases and game items
The current browser preview is ad-free. Android test builds may show demonstration ads. The current preview and test builds do not offer real-money purchases. Salvage, modules, infusions and other in-game items are for use within the game and cannot be redeemed for money.
6. Game content and consumer rights
The game and its artwork, audio and other content are owned by IberWolf Studios or its licensors. You may play the game and share ordinary gameplay clips or screenshots. Rights granted by law and by applicable open-source licences still apply. We may release fixes and updates and will provide any notice required by law. These terms preserve the consumer rights and remedies that apply to you.
