Loot Sort
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. About this policy
Loot Sort is a puzzle game provided by IberWolf Studios. This policy explains how the Android game handles information, including information processed by advertising services. It also explains your choices. For support, privacy questions or requests, contact wolf.gamer9k@gmail.com. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
2. Game progress stays on your device
The game saves your best stars, unlocked progress, current delivery, board and action history, case notes, sound preferences, and settings in app storage on your device. Stars are local: there is no player account, Google Play Games sign-in, public leaderboard, or score upload in this release. Browser playtest saves and Android saves are separate. The app is configured to exclude its data from Android automatic cloud backup and device transfer. There is no in-app purchase system.
3. Advertising and Google AdMob
Loot Sort uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and occasional full-screen ads at natural breaks after a delivery ends. Optional rewards can provide extra time, a burglary retry, or an extra repack. Internal testing builds use Google demo ads; the browser playtest simulates ads. Android advertising SDK requests can still contact Google in testing builds.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares IP addresses (which may be used to estimate approximate location), device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID when available, app and advertising interactions, and diagnostic information. Google processes this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Advertising partners may also process information associated with the ads they deliver. Ad behavior depends on consent, device settings, applicable region, and service availability. Choosing non-personalized ads does not mean that no information is processed.
Read Google’s privacy policy, how Google uses information from partner apps, and Google’s Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure. Google’s policies describe its handling and retention of advertising information.
4. Optional local ad-pacing measurement
The game keeps a limited local history of ad breaks and reward use to apply spacing limits and avoid repeated ads. This operational history is not uploaded by the game.
In Help, you can separately opt into “Help improve ad pacing.” This is off until you enable it. It remembers play sessions, level completions, ad displays and interactions, return visits, and ad-value events when supplied by the SDK, to assess ad spacing on this device. Spacing may increase or decrease within fixed limits. It keeps at most 2,000 detailed events and 100 session records, together with summary totals and the current spacing preference. This feature creates no persistent advertising or device identifier of its own and sends no observations to a studio server. Google’s advertising SDK has its own data processing as explained above.
Turning the setting off deletes its observations and spacing profile and restores standard spacing. Game progress and the operational spacing limits remain. If you choose “Copy test report,” the report is copied to your device clipboard; it leaves your device only if you share it yourself. Review a report before sharing it.
5. Your choices
Where required, Google’s consent form appears before requesting ads. You can revisit available advertising privacy choices through Help → Privacy choices. The options shown depend on your region and the advertising service. You can also manage advertising identifiers and ad settings through Android and Google settings. Optional local measurement is a separate setting and does not replace advertising consent.
You can play without accepting optional rewarded-ad offers. Clear Android app storage to remove all local saves and settings; doing so also removes progress and stars. Uninstalling removes the app’s local storage. For browser playtests, clear the site’s browser data.
6. Support messages and website visits
If you email wolf.gamer9k@gmail.com, your email provider delivers your address, message, and any attachments to us. We use them to answer your request, investigate a problem, or handle privacy requests. Include only information needed for your enquiry. We do not receive your game saves automatically. If you send a gameplay report, screenshot, or diagnostic details, we receive only what you choose to share.
We use Gmail for this support mailbox. Google processes email under its service and privacy terms. The studio website is hosted on Railway, whose infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser details and request logs to serve and protect the website. Opening the privacy page or another website link makes a request to that website. See our website privacy information.
7. Retention, deletion and privacy requests
Local progress remains until you clear it, uninstall the game, or the game replaces an active delivery. Ad-spacing history is limited to what is needed for spacing rules. Optional detailed measurement replaces older entries at the limits above; summary totals remain until you turn measurement off or clear app data.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to answer enquiries, investigate unresolved issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent to us by emailing wolf.gamer9k@gmail.com. Your rights depend on applicable law, and some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Google and Railway control retention of information they process under their own policies; we cannot erase their records by clearing your local game data. Depending on the provider and your location, information handled by these services may be processed outside your country.
8. Security and children
Local saves rely on your device and app-storage protections. The game does not request your real name, contact list, microphone, camera, or precise device location. No storage or transmission system is guaranteed completely secure. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to the studio, contact wolf.gamer9k@gmail.com so we can investigate and address the request.
9. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the game’s services or information practices change. The update date appears at the top. We will provide additional notice or choices where required.
